Materials and Methods for Cucumber Lime Sake
- 1 english cucumber, cut into wheels
- 1 lime, cut into wheels
- 1 T. sugar
- 1 750 ml bottle of sake
- Muddle the cucumber, lime and sugar in the bottom of a large pitcher using the back of a long wooden spoon.
- Add the sake and infuse for 2 days in the fridge.
- Strain the cucumber and lime out (these won’t be as pretty any more).
- Before serving, add a few wheels of lime and cucumber to the pitcher. Serve chilled with lots of ice. Enjoy!
